In my latest complete run, an Alloy Leg finished integrating, but because it couldn't auto-activate(which i have on by default) while i was in siege mode, it was still written in blue in the propulsion listing. I have no idea if that caused any bug other than the visual thing, as it has been a bit since i originally encountered it.

Oh huh that's an unexpected interaction then, I guess, hm... will have to look into the details.
