The interactable vortex lab tinkerer's dialogue can occur during the Warlord retreat sequence (although only if you haven't "talked" to them before).

Ah yeah they've always had a special block on removal of that dialogue because you might catch them even during earlier hostilities, still in the lab, though now that retreat is an eventual possibility, I guess I should technically add yet another secondary filtering of dialogue in that case... Wonder how many other such protected dialogues I'll have to modify.
