When i got to Zion, i went clockwise around the central pillar, i talked to all green Zionites plus the two that should be but aren't, and some by accident.
Once i had finished my loop, items i had seen in the first part of the loop (Warlord giveaway, CR-A16's pointy stick) were not on my map anymore.

(My guess : the bug is related to the "data dump" bot giving me Zion area knowledge)

Wow, you are on the cutting edge of Cogmind development here :P

This has apparently been an issue for years but went unnoticed until I was recently working on the new Structural Scanner behavior (detailed in an upcoming article) and happened to see the effect of updating terrain info overlapping with previously known items.

It has actually been possible to create this effect through a variety of methods of terrain knowledge updating, and I've since fixed it in the latest dev build, so by connection that'll resolve this one as well :)
