[beta 8] SG doesn't stay active on new level

When moving to the next level with Stasis Generator active, it doesn't take effect on nearby enemies until disabling and reenabling it. See attached save. I can also provide a save from the previous level if that helps.

Ooh, good catch, thanks. Yeah this one has a special implementation that required a unique value to enable faster checking, but that value is not currently carried over through a map transition.
