spelling mistake in terminal command info message

When right-clicking on "reprogram traps" command, the info message says "Reprogram a nearby random trap array, causing TO TO target hostiles"
This typo really grinds my gears … umm grinds my cogs?

Ack! Yeah all that text was just added last release, thanks for the report. Should've been "causing it to" xD
