Title: Dead links at leaderboard scores

Some links at leaderboard  (http://www.gridsagegames.com/cogmind/scores/) lead to page not found (http://www.gridsagegames.com/cogmind/scores/170117/Fayez).  Looks like whitespaces in players names are problematic.

Oh look at that... no one's noticed this before since spaces are apparently fairly rare in names :P

This isn't a bug in Cogmind, mind, just in the leaderboard html. I can update that any time, but will probably wait until Alpha 14's out since the game's features get priority in this last week of dev time :)

Just uploaded the first Alpha 14 leaderboards (http://www.gridsagegames.com/cogmind/scores/), and spaces in scoresheet filenames work now.
