Two releases in one day!
Nothing huge, but if you want to use the item comparison feature (and you most likely do), you'll want to upgrade. Turns out in some circumstances the values were misaligned.
The full Alpha 2b (0.10.150720b) changelog (oh my, it's so long!):
* FIX: Item stat comparisons improperly aligned when involving one or more ground items [E.I.G.]
