Title: Unimportant: Serfs clean broken machines.

I just noticed a serf cleaning an atomic centrifuge that has two of its tiles missing, and was curious if that was intended behavior.

Well, I didn't consider it but I don't mind if they do. I mean, they'll supposedly want to fix the machine eventually anyway, yeah? :)

Still, maybe it'd be better to just have them ignore those so I don't get questions about it later on.

Similar code controls Researchers, and they certainly shouldn't do what they do when near machines (so I'll have to fix that). But oh you haven't met them yet :D
