Spoiler (click to show/hide)I guess you didn't make it inside the gate yet, then? Because they'll help remove your corruption so that kind of thing doesn't happen. At least you were in a position to leave without getting messed up! There are a number of places in the world where being corrupted can cause... "rather dangerous unexpected situations."

Spoiler (click to show/hide)Oh, I didn't know that. I guess I should've gone there first if I had known that. This was my 2nd time visiting Zion, so at least I know what was in there (though I want to try out the secret weapon).

At least that didn't happen when I entered Warlord!  :)

Spoiler (click to show/hide)At least it can't happen in Warlord b/c there are no allies outside the gates. (You'll notice that the entryway scan does because it mentions in the log.) Well, it can't happen unless you are somehow corrupted after entry, though that is unlikely.

You were better off than gammafunk, however, who was obliterated on his (first?) trip to Zion for that very reason.
