ADDITIONAL NOTE: Entries written during the edit before the latest one will be colored in teal.
(Does anyone know how to make blue text readable without requiring the "dark reader" browser extension?)

New : Successive/related mistakes are now bundled together.

This is a log of the mistakes i made (and noticed) beginning after run 100 up until the last edit of this post.
This is for others to maybe not repeat my sometimes very dumb mistakes, as well as something for me to remember my run with.
If you want to make one yourself, feel free to do so here or make your own topic or whatever.
If have some feedback you'd like to give, please tell do so.

The first ten runs are contained within spoiler tags to make this post easier to navigate.Spoiler (click to show/hide)Run 101 (-1/Defeat) : -Accidentally broke the wrong wall because of having previously activated "allow auto-cursor" and was noticed by the unaware ambush that was planning to be shot through walls.

-Didn't do the right things to find the Access exit before ending up triggering high sec, Spoiler (click to show/hide)                                 and didn't do the right things in command either, the surface exit was at the very last place left to search. Also accidentally equipped a leg, which means winning wouldn't have unlock the "mad max" achievement.

Run 102 (W0) : -Decided for some reason to try and get kills at W on another attempt at "mad max" when leaving with several allies was an option (two of said allies being protectors), thus ending up with almost no wheels/weapons left and also forgot about having a rocket array in inventory.

-After making it back to the complex with no wheels left, kept every item on instead of dropping (nearly) everything to hunt for worker bots and get wheels.

-Accidentally equipped a prototype hackware in a -3/garrison when trying to keep it for -1.

Run 103 (W0) : No mistakes noted, "flights don't care".

Run 104 (-3/Defeat) : -Walked too close to a ob10 cave outpost door with an ally.

-Picked up hackware instead of something else, the goal being to hack a door terminal... while Imprinted.Spoiler (click to show/hide)                                 -Not exactly a mistake, but managed to notice neither the enhanced bots at base nor the retreat that went with them for about 84 runs(not all/most got to Warlord, but still).
-Only realised having accidentally dropped a System Backup Module after findind a Makeshift System Restoration Module, but fortunately didn't get corruption between those two events.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)                                -Either wrongly assumed that the prototype bots guarding the SGemp wouldn't communicate between themselves (because of the Command exit to surface) or badly planned a smartbomb trajectory.
-Didn't hide my allied protector behind the repair station before fighting said prototype bots.
-Didn't use A8's code on said repair station after noticing i had two strikers and one alpha 7 coming for me.
-Didn't equip my Advanced Thermal Defense Suite when fighting said alpha 7.
-Tried to find the Testing exit south because i remembered it being opposite of the garrison (but in a different branch, one in which that wasn't always true either.)
-After teleporting, instead of making my way north from the west, tried to make my way north from the east. Again.

Run 105 (-1/Defeat) : -Cut a corner very sharply while accompanied by powerful ranged allies in wastes.
-After all allies were destroyed, didn't do the flee-shoot-flee tactic that works somewhat well against those bots, instead continued to shoot.
-After the bots began attacking me, tried putting my parts back on instead of fleeing in the best way one could(did do so eventually).

Run 106 (W0) : -Didn't take a good opportunity to get away from powerful explosives, partly by underestimating their range.

Start of Beta 11 runs :
Run 107 (W4) : -Remembered a blog post saying the heavy class was a bit of a glass cannon, therefore tried fighting one without checking its (high) core integrity.

-Wrongly assumed non-branch garrisons couldn't force you into branches. They can. Including research branches. With Farcom.

Run 108 (Unstable Evolution, W0) : -Forgot to rewire disabled bots in a 0b10 cave outpost after attacking it (distracted by HoS's matter requirements).

-Didn't take a good two slot reactor even though it would've been purely beneficial to take it.

-Decided to go seal a garrison within a heavy's sensor range.
-When the resulting specialists arrived, tried going around but didn't notice the long corridor leading directly to the heavy and was spotted.

-Fired a railgun against a target even though there was a builder behind.
-Stood in a bad position when fighting programmers and was spotted by a watcher who alerted the nearby grunts.
-Didn't use explosives against said grunts.

Run 109 (-3/Defeat) : -Took fire traps instead of dirty bomb traps while having a certain goal in mind.
-Didn't realize that with the items (Hammer, Rocket Array) at disposition attempting said goal could hardly have been easier to accomplish.

-Left a room while purple allies were fighting, forgetting that they stop fighting to follow when too far away, which resulted in the destruction of an infected fabricator.

-Didn't fight and help derelicts in a way that would've probably ended the run or severely crippled it had there not been a two-slot launcher lying on the ground after its owner was destroyed.

-Didn't use the unauthorized hack that's only ever useful in research branches at the first best opportunity when having nothing else to do.

-Didn't mark some strong stationary robots onto the map.
-Didn't realize a faraway watcher could see me, and so in combination with the previous mistake, didn't realize they would call the strong bots.
-Tried getting an item when at low core integrity, but didn't take into account that hunters could shoot through walls.

Run 110 (-6/Defeat, Volatile) : -Didn't realize that [without a Cloaking Device, two ZDC stationary bots have complete vision range, even on the central path] and so did things out of order.
-Tried to stay around for a while afterwards to try to salvage the situation, but failed and only gave up after taking a fair lot of damage.

-Wrongly assumed how explosions are placed into the explosion pool and took lots of thermal(?) damage by destroying a Programmer in an attempt to get parts.

-Didn't try to exit a level when at low core integrity.

Run 111 (W0, Volatile) : -Tried going through a garrison to get RIF on flight after forgetting garrisons can contain Cutters (this one didn't, but still).

Run 112 (-10/Defeat) : -Forgot about this run when making the previous update to the mistake log.

                                  -Forgot YI-UF0 existed.
-Didn't flee from the battle even when it was clear there was a good chance of defeat.

Run 113 (-7/Defeat) : -Didn't get a Sensor Array when it was easy to do so.
-The previous mistake caused me to stay in -7/factory for a while, and while doing so accidentally clicked "refit" when trying to repair a part, instantly ending this propulsion-less run attempt (but decided to continue the run anyway).

-Accidentally dropped a Terrain Scanner and didn't realize until the next map.

-Used a terrible strategy when fighting an NPC with the help of another NPC.

-Tried using an impact weapon (instead of EM weapons) against a G even though several things pointed towards the fact they wouldn't be much good without luck/more core integrity.

Run 114 (-6/Defeat) : -Placed some Dirty Bomb Traps in an ineffective location for ZDC.

Run 115 (W2) : -"One hack too far" and lost an Adv. Hacking Suite.

-Didn't realise a bot had more visual capacity than others. (Although perhaps not when dormant?)

-Dropped an item key to still winning if things went atrociously wrong.

-Forgot to get a Imp. System Restoration Module after dropping an Adv. one that had less integrity, possibly due to uncontrolled movement?

-Took a path guarded by a Heavy instead of another, more convenient path to the same location.

                       -Forgot to take some screenshots.

-Didn't think to use an item to break through an important heavily armoured Shell.

-Assumed a two-slot ballistic weapon was a specific two slot ballistic weapon without comparing the mass in the gallery.

Run 116* (Set seed, -10/Self-destruct) : -Forgot about a trap i knew was there from a previous run.
-Kept using weapons while having system corruption.
Run 116* (Set seed, -10/Self-destruct) : No mistakes noted.

Run 116 (W0) : Successful speedrun attempt(1461 turns), no mistakes noted. (Still probably made a few.)

Run 117 (-1/Defeat) : -Didn't pay attention to matter reserves enough, and predictably got into a fight with very low matter, then a few more.

-Went into a room full of known explosive traps, forgetting that allies are dumb.

-Dropped the less damaged item out of a pair when trying to drop the more damaged one, didn't realize it until it was too late.

-Didn't pay attention and shot an explosive without realizing it would go past the map border.

-Shot a railgun towards a wall leading to a room/corridor in a research branch. (The shot hit a researcher)

Spoiler (click to show/hide)                                 -Didn't realize that Command seals wouldn't be overridden by zion integration and therefore didn't bring any offensive hackware.
-Fled towards the largest possible group of enemies instead of the other way.

R-26 Lightspeed:
Start of Beta 11.2 runs.
I think i'm going to separate mistakes of each Cogmind version into different posts from now on.

Run 118 (Polymind, -9/Defeat) :
-Accidentally attacked the farcom terminal.

Run 119 (Polymind, -8/Defeat) :
-Does knowingly taking a risk going into a branch to try to get something really useful count as a mistake?

Run 120 (Polymind, -4/Defeat) :
-Didn't take into account the fact that a DAS i wanted to keep was going to get crushed by lack of space when i destroyed my previous host.

-Decided i could fight some eight grunts and win; I had to flee (and realized more had joined them), but i should've fled earlier, or not attacked at all.

Run 121 (Polymind, -1/Defeat) :
-Lost the DAS again, this time because i forgot it in a previous host's inventory.

-Panicked and made quick decisions rather than pause to figure something out.

Run 122 (Polymind, -1/Defeat) :
-Lost the DAS when using it to save myself from the result of making the panic decision of going to a dead end when tracked by hostiles.

-Didn't take control of a relatively powerful ally when i could.

Run 123 (flight build, W6+) :
-Instead of dashing through some grunts to recall an extermination, waited for the extermination somewhere far less safe.

-Forgot that i could go overweight to avoid cutter dispatches.

-Wrongly assumed that there wouldn't be another cutter dispatch relatively shorty after the previous one.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)-Used a unknown (guarded) Alien Artifact without having NEM in part knowledge while specifically wanting to avoid getting NEM. (It wasn't NEM, but still.)
-Didn't realize some white/grey friendlies were following me and led them right into traps.
-Thought for some reason that those same white/grey friendlies would follow me to other maps.

-Misjudged how unstable some ceiling really was and lost an Exp. Utility Shielding.
