Title: [Beta 5] Labeling parts doesn't work when there are no unfiltered parts.

All parts in vicinity are in red integrity. Repeatedly pressing '3' shows message "No parts to label", instead of showing the damaged parts on the 4th press.

Good catch! Taken care of. (It didn't know to ignore the new label filter feature unless some parts were previously labeled within the time limit.)
