Title: [beta 5] Terminal on -9/Storage has Recall Extermination

See attached screenshot. I think this option appearing here is a bug? Unless exterminations can indeed appear in -9/Storage. :)

No this is normal. It's true that exterminations cannot appear in -9, but Storage can appear above -9 so it may still have that hack based on how hacks are assigned.
