Favorite parts of cogmind is the theme, the lore makes sense so to speak (for example npcs going about their business, not some random goblin and other random monsters all attacking just you). I also prefer no leveling system in roguelikes because otherwise the game just feels too grindy.

I checked and my show map intro option is turned to on. Previous crashes in the mines I was just walking through them, but for this one it happened right as i stepped on the staircase. Also I do use the mouse, hope that helps.

I crashed when entering the mines today. There have been a few other times when walking in the mines in the past when the game crashes.

SquigglyJ that's a really nice run, and sounds like the exciting type with comebacks :D. In the Mines did you encounter and escape the infestation that the others ran into?

I did not see the infestation directly, although I recall that a squad was deployed to exterminate them. I did have to fight normal robots though.
